Surprise tip to Sunriver

We planned a last minute family vacation in Sunriver Oregon and surprised Kallie on her birthday! She was over the moon and could not wait to go. I grew up going to Sunriver and the last time we went Kallie was only 2 so I was excited to show her all of the fun activities. We spent the trip bike riding, riding horses, exploring amazing lakes/waterfalls, swimming/water slides/lazy river at the Sharc, spending time with cousins, exploring the village and just spending time as a family away from our day to day. It was a great trip full of actives and relaxation. We can’t wait to go back!

Happy 9th Birthday

This weekend we celebrated Kallie’s 9th birthday in style. She had a great birthday party at the Flying Circus with 15 of her good friends. They mastered the obstacle courses, jumped, bounced, zip lined and had a blast! We ended the party with pizza and soccer cupcakes. On Sunday we took our annual birthday trip to the zoo. We lucked out because it seemed like all of the animals were out and about which made it quite the adventure. Of course we hit Red Robin for dinner followed by hitting our favorite froyo spot for dessert. It was a great weekend celebrating . . . Happy Birthday Kallie, we love you to the moon and back!

Note: The Dr. said you are very healthy! You are 49.5 inches tall(97%) and 79lbs(75%) . . . the average size of an 11.5 year old!!!
